Sale of paintings

You conclude the contract for the purchase of any of the offered paintings or prints with kreativum s.r.o., Company ID 25297805, registered office U Krematoria 2622, 530 02 Pardubice. Veronika Tucoglidisová sells her works through this company.

Works shown on the website are an invitation to treat. A contract of sale arises only after mutual agreement, once I confirm your order made by e-mail. Each work shows a price, which is final. Shipping is added unless you collect the work in person.

You pay the price of the work and shipping in advance to the bank account stated in the payment request, which I send to the e-mail address you provide. The variable symbol stated in the request identifies the payment.

Withdrawal from the contract

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a concluded contract within 14 days of receiving the work, without giving a reason. The work must be sent or delivered back undamaged, otherwise the purchase price will not be refunded. The cost of returning the work is borne by the buyer. I recommend insuring the parcel; if it is damaged in transit, the purchase price will not be refunded. Once the work is duly returned, the purchase price (excluding shipping) will be refunded within 10 days at the latest, to the bank account from which you paid.

Complaints and the nature of handmade works

After delivery, please check that the contents are not damaged, ideally within 3 days. The works on offer are the result of handwork, so minor irregularities, cracks or other imperfections are not defects. The same applies to fine-art prints on handmade paper.

By buying a work you acquire only that particular object. I do not transfer to you any rights to reproduce the work or to make reproductions, in any form.
